Blue Springs-Hoke County Community Development Corporation is one of North Carolina's fastest growing community development initiatives. Located in Hoke County, one of the most economically distressed areas in the state, we collaborate with government agencies, businesses, organizations, institutions, CBOs, and individuals to enhance social harmony, educational achievement, and community and economic development. One of our major goals is to increase quality of living through development of human and capital resources.
